Nadihal: Ashraf went to see his sister, got bullets

“It was around 10 a.m in morning and I left to see my sister in the neighbouring village,” says Ashraf who is undergoing treatment in surgical ward of district hospital Baramulla
At least 35 people were injured in clashes after forces vandalized the venue of a pro-freedom rally in south Kashmir’s Islamabad (Anantnag) district on Saturday.
Reports and witnesses said that forces vandalized the venue of a proposed pro-freedom rally in Kwarigam-Ranipora village of Shangus area of the district.

This triggered clashes in which at least 35 people were injured, said a local.
He said one of the injured was referred to Srinagar for specialized treatment while four people were admitted at District Hospital Islamabad. “12 others were being treated at Sub district hospital Shangus, eight at PHC Achabal and eight at PHC Mattan,” said a health source.

Why 'Anantnag' here?

And why is he treated by the Government?

Incidents like these happen. But the questions (especially the second one) always remain. Why are Indian Government and even Army hospitals treating them if they are our 'enemies'? Why are they seeking admission there also remains a mystery.
