Why was Nawaz not able to provide evidence of him being innocent. The way you're putting his case, it should have been easy for him. Just hand over bank statements and lets the bank see his legal earnings.
There is a problem with that. Corruption money would be probed into if he showed his bank statements.

I think it was all staged, for the bail to be made possible. It was the same NAB who fought hard in the trial court to secure the conviction.

That case would go through session court, high court and maybe supreme court. Over there you would have to prove that I am.

Accountability court is not a session court, high court or the supreme court. It's rules are different. The accused must prove their innocence. That's how it should be for an accountability court. If you're really innocent then all you have to do is hand over a tested bank statement.

He's free because the case was shifted from accountability court to high court. Nawaz still didn't provide evidence however NAB failed to provide the same evidence they did at accountability court.

SC won't overturn this suspension of sentence until IHC hears the trial case appeal fully and passes a final judgement on that appeal. For that, IHC will have to go through A-Z of the proceedings, testimonials and documentations presented in the trial court. Won't be a short process.

IHC is following the law, if they failed to find enough evidence to keep NS behind bars then I doubt SC will. NAB is ultimately lacking for one reason or another. SC will also follow the law. It is rare for a judgment be overturned once, it is very unlikely for a judgment to be overturned twice.

Appeal hearings in IHC haven't even started yet. This was only suspension of the punishment. Next is the actual appeal.

Naah, even though I think that NAB has mishandled the case especially the prosecutor and even the chairman NAB should be investigated but still I don't find any of the conspiracy theories being floated right now attractive or worth my attention... Rather I find them cringe worthy or simply hilarious because those are downright stupid. Some people are even suggesting that KSA has brokered a deal blah blah...and the fact is that current regime of MBS in KSA hates NS and that's perhaps one of the things I like about MBS.

Nope, kuttay ki dam can't be straightened even if you put it in a straight pipe for a 100 years so no sense has been drilled in their wooden heads rather if they are given the opportunity, they will bang their wooden skulls a lot more against the walls but most probably they won't get any chance.. as references are already being prosecuted by the court and this verdict will be overturned.

Question: in this entire proceedings why judge never ask to Khawaja Haris that NS and his famly never provide any single evidence in his and his family defense?

NAB didn't even have answer to basic questions of judge. In that scenario only way SC will rule against Nawaz is if there is orders from top/establishment.

They provided proof in accountability court however they have failed to provide the same evidence to IHC. Something does not add up and it's your best guess.
