I think this was preplanned. Get Nawaz and Maryam out after a taste of jail and then push them towards plea bargain and exile.

They can't leave the country as 2 more cases are pending witg no more excuses to go abroad. So they'll stay on ECL.

Nawaz returning to street agitation will have him and his daughter back in jail eventually.

There's no escape/exile for them, unless they cough up the loot.

wht would you say if in place of NAB judge bashir- writing the verdict of corruption case against sharifs,,,,,,,,,, which was even more incompetent then the nab prosecutor.....
it would be justice asif saeed khosa-------NAB JUDGE
the verdict he would have written would be even greater then William Shakespeare...
not a single court in world would have been able to find an ioata of mistake,, legaly or literarly
why on keen/important post the most ignorant /weak/ people are placed..

• His assets do not match the receivables, therefor the balance sheet fails to balance. Why does his balance sheet not match? It's because his assets are greater than his receivables, this means that he has assets greater than his source of income. Can that occur? Yes, though bank loans, mortgage or loan stocks however if that was the case then his balance sheet would add up.
• NAB is different from a normal court. In a normal court the plaintiff has to produce evidence of the crime however in NAB the defendant has to produce evidence of them being innocent. Sharif was asked to produce his bank statements, which he failed to do.

SC won't overturn this suspension of sentence until IHC hears the trial case appeal fully and passes a final judgement on that appeal. For that, IHC will have to go through A-Z of the proceedings, testimonials and documentations presented in the trial court. Won't be a short process.

That's my understanding so far unless a lawyer corrects otherwise.

I think it was all staged, for the bail to be made possible. It was the same NAB who fought hard in the trial court to secure the conviction.
