Despite spending money and effort on scientific research, german scientists could not explain why Vietnamese pupils outperform in schools, surpassing even german counterparts. in school year 2013/2014, 47.2% German young people, while 64.4% Vietnamese visit Gymnasium. for one who does not know what Gymnasium is. Gymnasium stands for the top tier of secondary school, while Realschule for medium smart pupils and Hauptschule is reserved for losers :D

only a degree of a Gymnasium enables pupils to enrol to universities.

@Viet, happy to hear that your countrymen are doing great.

All the best of luck...Asia needs bright people.

Sprechen sie Deutsch?
Du kannst mich duzen mein Freund. Ja, ich spreche deutsch. Wollen wir auf deutsch unterhalten?

All the best for your country!

ahem Have I asked where you come from?

. .
Because Eastern countries have much stricter parents that are very blunt with their children, unlike Western parents that will sugarcoat everything to no end.

@Viet, hey do you have statistics on Chinese performance in Germany?
I need to check on how Chinese perform in schools but guess you are on the same level as our people. Personally knowing many Chinese colleagues in schools, universities and companies. Ah by the way the Turks rank at the bottom of the academic latter :D

When I was at school here in Australia I had a lot of problem with middle eastern and Turkish boys. It was Asians vs them. We called them the arabs and most were just lazy, violent and stupid. Not all, we even had a few join our group of friends.

Most dropped out after year 10 and a lot of problems went away.

Chinese are smart and hardworking, In our medium school's textbook , have some sentences, HChi Minh wrote to describe Chinese. He admired for his neighbor fellow so much. If I remember right: When he compared Vietnamese students with Chinese students, he supposed Chinese students who studied in France are better than

You wanted to know more about me...so I helped you.
Now if you are in Germany you should be able to at least understand it.

I am sure @Götterdämmerung will understand it. I have been to Germany many times...

I understand Dutch very well when spoken since Dutch is very close to Northern Plattdeutsch, which is my local dialect. So, sure I undestand what you wrote. :enjoy:

You again with third military bullshit.

No that is not what I am saying but the researchers of university of Hamburg are stating. They can't explain the success of Vietnamese students despite spending time, money and resources to find out the reasons. They call it "Rätsel". mystery.

Thanks, my friend...we always end up agreeing with each other!
