Myanmar jails Muslim for ‘rape attempt’, people riot

Last year Al-Qaida had vowed to avenge for the persecution of Muslims in Myanmar, but we still haven't seen a thing yet.

My two cents.

please make a contact again and inform us whether they still think same. :chilli:

Because al qaeda knows that the buddhists will massacre much more muslims in response for al qaeda attacks.

Big-talk nothing else.

Oh yeah  tell me about it
Failed .We did wipe out Al-Qaeda in Chechnya , thats why Chechnya is today part of Russia.

There will be no support base in Mynamar. Russia its different. We cannot employ full scale ethnic cleansing on Muslims as many muslims like ingush, dagestani, volga tatars are pro-govt.Plus a lot of muslims from syria are coming to Russia .They are also pro-russian .So no point in doing something like that. Just a few radicals and they are bottled up by Kadyrov and Putin.

nothing morally superior in not persecuting minority .. its normal thing to do.... am I missing something?

You are missing everything.
Moral superiority = Treating (somewhat 'violent')minority with equal rights etc and feeling good about it
Some folks don't care for that For example - Myanmar, Sri Lanka etc . I rest my case.

individuals can be consided violent not the whole community...

First of all - I put it in quotes.
Secondly the preponderance of such 'violent people' in a community definitely makes a diff. In any case, if your heart bleeds for them, please go and talk to the Myanmarese. :D

or myanmar can behave like most nations... only use law against perpetrators of violence equally whatever is the background and no matter who starts it...
why not jail the buddist osamas..

Yeah good. Like I said, go and fight against injustice. I am not an idealist. I will cheer you :D

There was an attack at budh gaya temple. Most sacred place of buddists.

The suggestion is Myanmar has no justice, no fair due process and have jailed this kid on little to no evidence all at the same time whilst allowing buddist extremists to burn down the homes of innocent people and kill innocent victims

Exactly like Punjabis do to innocents accused of Blasphemy. Not only that; the Party that led to those riots PMLN is rewarded by public by electing them to government in centre. I am guessing Buddhists have finally adopted the Punjabi formula. What is good for the goose is good for gander.
