I can't believe that you assumed India would refuse medical treatment to a person based on his opinions. India, just like any other civilized country would never withhold treatment even to it's worst enemies. Doctors in Mumbai struggled to save Ajmal Kasab's life even while his compatriots were murdering more civilians.
But there is no point explaining any of this to people who think that Indians are a type of aggressive wild animal..... go on blindly believing whatever your makes you happy.
