dude the PA got hold of it, how could the IA do anything, anyways, its not as pro India as you think, it was almost banned because he showed the carelessness and stupidity by the GHQ, that if you read it you will be like WTF? why didn't we exploit the situations.
For example it showed how both the IA and PA didnt occupy a post in Runn of Kutch as both of them were waiting for the other force to occupy it. LOL

i know this is an old thread but i feel like we need to set the record straight. Although this was undeniably a great loss, the most emphasized point on all Indian forums focuses on the fact that a 100 M-48 Pattons were destroyed. However, I can only see pictures of 3 individual M-48 Pattons, while the rest are of M-47 and M-4 tanks. Those tanks were in any case obsolete and retired within a couple of years after the war. Its understandable for people to thump their chests at achievements but it is ridiculous when they are distorted and become made up.
