This is my experience in home construction, repairs & maintenance.

Lol... Somethings are so similar on both sides.

I got some more... If you hire them on daily wages, the minute you're not looking they will stop working to prolong their work. If you hire them on a fixed amount, they will cheat you off. Even if you given them their moonh boli fee, they will still crib about their work. Whatever amount you agree to, by the time they are done they will ask for more.
