no we are discussing a parallel justice system that subverts Indian justice system... just because its followed by specific religion does not make it any worse...
khap panchayat is supported by even high ranking govt official.. including a CM (bhupinder hooda) ..
uniform civil code wont address any of these concern, because they are already addressed in criminal justice system. (thats where our conversation started).

I brought out khap because even with unform civil code they will exist so will sharia courts.. these parallel system exists because sufficient number of people believe in them..

other women weren't the victims, for any victim its impossible to accept such foolish law. Just for an argument, will you leave your wife to ur father just like that if such thing happens to u? Dont act like a mad.

Why should she consider her husband as her son? Just bcoz her father-in-law raped her?... any law which does such an injustice to a women can only be a law of ba$tards.

1st question how many of you actually opened a book on Shariah...No not stupid fatwahs but actually opened a book used as a syllabus to teach BA. Shariah? Yes its a 4 yr degree which doesnt happen in S.Asia where people go to a Madrassah for 2-4 yrs learning Quran not even Arabic..from a man who himself learned it from his father or basically learned it from 1 who "proclaims" so and so was his teacher without any proof in the form of a certificate or a degree....

So how many of you esp @Sahasranama who is seen answering everyone's question...so how many books on Shariah have you read let alone even seen? How many pages have you gone through? How many pry do tell me?!

Listen Dumbo - the clerics made a ruling as per sharia, the muslim community panchayat oked the ruling and No one in the community appears to have protested.
