Does the Iranian Armed Forces have any history of transparent investigative committees providing critical reviews of the Army's actions? If not then how can you say with any amount of authority that it has not happened? If you believe Saudi regime's horseshit, yes there is mutiny in IRGC, also, earth is a cube.
Nowadays IRGC is a state within state, rolling billions of dollars. One of the most corrupt entities in the world.IRGC's primary mandate was to protect the regime from the real army's mutiny and now there may be mutiny in IRGC?
That's IDF for you in few words.

The article mentions nothing about troop shortages but about individual officers refusing to join the front-lines so your argument is immediately thrown out of the windowBecause the news from basis is stupid at its core, doesn't take a genius to understand that IRGC, with active force of about 150,000 and reservists of about 3-5 million (Basij) will not face troop shortages by losing 30-40 troops in Syria in one month!
Hope you got it now, couldn't say it in any simpler form, that's exactly what the article is saying.
They are talking about the backbone of Iran's defense and the spearhead of Iran's foreign policy projection! Why cant be mutiny in IRGC? People who joined it thought that all they need to do is shoot and rape teenage student girls and now they are sent as cannon fodder to Syria.
I thought you can read English:The article mentions nothing about troop shortages but about individual officers refusing to join the front-lines so your argument is immediately thrown out of the window
And even if the source is BS, you will never know if there ever was a real mutiny in any case. Its just guess.
Iranian opposition publication Rooz Online has reported recently that the Revolutionary Guard have begun utilizing new recruitment initiatives in the Sistan and Baluchistan province, in order to bolster their depleting ranks.
If you believe Saudi regime's horseshit, yes there is mutiny in IRGC, also, earth is a cube.
