I agree. But who cares?

It's like doing really well in some video game. At the end of the day, what difference does it make in the real world? None.

Everybody with even a single functioning brain cell knows Bajwa did it. An extractive minority was happy with the results. Every other sensible Pakistani was appalled. The more mature among us asked deeper questions about systematic reform and entirely new institutional design.

But I don't think anybody really denies that Bajwa engineered this situation. And those who believe he didn't will not be swayed by some politician saying that he did.

Still, like you, I'm glad that people are coming out.
