PPP is a selfish sindhi regional party. Though ZAB won based upon popularity in Punjab, but that was populist slogans, in sindh it waa always a ethnic party and its policies along with Gen Zia's cruel Quota system extension gave rise to MQM and its politics and later creation of monster Altaf Hussain.
Now establishmnet is righting its blunders vis-a-vis Altaf led MQM, wadera run PPP would never right its anti mohajir DNA. PSP, MQM-P, Afaq, JI, PTI have to unite for urban Sindh for better future of Sindh and Urban cities.
Smaller provinces are must to devolve power and break ethno politics.

PSP and MQM Pakistan will end up sharing seats in karachi as of now, JI & Afaq (Haqiqi) are dead horses even PTI is also a dead horse in Khi to an extent. And yes i have been residing in karachi from 30 plus years, knows a lot about city its demographics and politics.

As far as i know, MQM will take it all and since past one year, we didn't hear anything and even Anti-MQM media houses also fail to show anything and Pro-MQM media houses also keep quite and it is shown that MQM is currently in either sideline or may be keep quite so that it shows others that she is sideline. What ever the case is i think MQM now have big advantage and they will easily win again and the best part is that now they have leadership which is always considered clean and they have very good repo.
Note: I never given any vote till now to anyone and this is my analysis and may be many will oppose me and they have a right to do so

People voted for Altaf, it was his mandate up till now, it would be interesting to see how people would react to Sattar leading the MQM.

Simple issue for Governance:

Charges on PPP run Provincial Government

• Produce record of Transaction from Provincial Body to Local Mayors what amount of $$ was allocated year by year basis since 2013 , 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017. For Karachi Mayor and South Sind regions

• Demonstrate by money trail , that the Rights and laws were followed in passing the funds in due time to proper administrative bodies so they can serve the People of Pakistan.

• If no money was transferred , where is the Surplus funding ?? This should be in a Trust fund or a Bank account inside Pakistan waiting for it to be spent. Where is the Minister of Finance in Sindh ??

This is just a case / issue of Money or financial admistrative mismanagement or lack of accountability.

It has nothing to do with anything else.

Simple Case Federal Budget -> Gave to Provinces Yearly -> Where is record of $$ distribution

It's really hard for PTI or JI if Three MQM factions get pre seat adjustment.
My main concern was rural Sind where PTI and JI with help of MQM factions could get damage ppp, specialy in Nawabshah Sakhar. Badin already divided as Dr Mirza and PSP Lakhani have strong vote bank.

What will happen then ? this NS or Zardari will become president. Pak needs election reforms.

despite NS or AZ or any other person, there will be no chance for culprits to hold the legislative body of the system because president is separate from the legislative body. which means freedom of institutions without being politicized.
presidential system separates the executive and legislative functions of the government and provides what are commonly called checks and balances to limit the power of both the chief executive and the legislature. so no need to buy the MNA or MPA tickets from parties which is the beginning of corruption in current system.

reform in current parliamentary system are really hard to achieve, election reforms are just formality to satisfy the people in current system. because it cannot ensure the right person for right designation until legislative body doesn't make laws about Qualifications of participants in elections and we know that in current system it is really hard to implement because of politicized election commission where all the members belong to political parties. these are only few points but there are many more in order to reform the parliamentary system of pak.
