In a press statement, he expressed these views while talking to leaders of different schools of thought in Islamabad. He said that Saudi Arabia was friend of Pakistan as it had never left Pakistan alone in difficult time. He hoped that Iran would play a positive role and focus on resolving the situation. He said that one could not think of leaving Saudi Arabia in difficult times, adding that all the people in Pakistan love Saudi Arabia “and any adventurism against it would not be tolerated”.
