Bajrang dal is the youth wing of the VHP which is the equivalent of the Church or Muslim board.

They happen to be very democratic and social with a firm objective to protect Hindu culture and values. So they attack anyone they see violating that value system.

One can argue for and against violent social action, but in the absence of any other mechanism that plays that role, Bajrang dal is the best we have. There is no point in letting your frustration turn into prejudice.
