What are you saying is bad? Just the people who claim to be Muslims while doing everything that their religion tell them not to do? Or those who try to justify what they are doing as being the correct interpretation and implementation of what Islam says?

Islam is Islam, a person who does not follow the Major teaching is not a Muslim, simple is that.
You are nothing without Islam, but Islam can be everything without you

To say so is a dishonest way to try to disown what is being done in their name and religion by the silent majority of Muslims. After all, if they disown, they do not have any responsibility to stop them. But it does not work, as the whole world sees Islam as what the Muslims do.

Are you suggesting its impossible to be 100 percent sure about what islamic law is? If it can be easily interpreted by gaining knowledge in classical arabic and reading related theological text, I dont see how islam needs to be equated to action of most muslims.

Please read up on the concept of "ijtehaad" and how it is the proper mechanism for keeping Islamic law updated and relevant to changes that occur in all societies with time.

Yes the courts do otherwise soo much money wouldnt be invested in Forensic science...How can I say so...My cousin worked for one and he went to court to give evidence and explanation....Mostly for rape cases....
