According to the report, the percentage of non white people experiencing a hate crime is 0.5%, so 1 in 200 people and the people perpetrating the attacks were white and British only 45% of the time. I bet if I went to any muslim country with a group of 200 white people the vast majority of us would experience some form of racism and I imagine far worse.
