I am talking about Australia and pretty much all western countries. No, false rape allegations don't get prosecuted in vast majority of the cases. They're let go. The reason why I talk about it is because this person in question is being demonized for making a false accusation yet women of other religion/colour who also make false accusations pretty much always get away with it.

Now keep in mind that false rape accusations are far more serious and worse accusations than the false accusation being discussed here.

You are claiming law breakings are just ignored. All law breaking are acted upon and all false reports to police are prosecuted. So i don't know why the hell your saying "false rape reports aren't prosecuted in western countries" I don't know how you can make such a generalizing broad statement that is so wrong.

Oh but in this case, the generalization is true. I have quite a bit of info about false rape accusations in western countries as I've looked into this subject quite a bit. They are very common and are not prosecuted and/or punished most of the time. When they do get prosecuted, again they are let off in probably most of those cases. Western governments influenced by feminists have implemented laws that for the most part that don't prosecute and punish women who make false accusations. Even after it is clear that a false accusation was made, the name of the one who made the accusation isn't released.

I'll get back to you in a little while on the statistics of this and a LOT of examples of false rape accusations not being prosecuted or punished.

Ya sure in west we ignore false rape complaints compared to islamic Countries where you need 4 male witnesses to prove rape otherwise the woman can be stoned to death for adultery.

Heck Pakistan did not even bother to prosecute the rapist in Mukhtran Mai's case and now a poor woman is to be killed for alleged blasphemy, just for drinking water from a utensil meant for muslims.

I am all for removal of any garment which covers the face forcibly in law and order cases and air travel and France is on the right path. People who donot like it are free to move to saudi and enjoy the legal system it offers.

Please also send me details of one case where in the West has false allegation case gone un-punished other than for lack of evidence.

I agree with Cardsharp that given the recent hue and cry of ethinic tensions in Australia, this garbage of a lady used the Islamic trumpcard of eternal prosecution for escaping punishment. She is a disgrace to islam too for bringing it in bad light.

can't believe people want to protect such a woman just because she is a muslim.

I am not surprised this is being politicized, even though it shouldn't be. False allegations are at epidemic levels in western countries - and are ignored and made to look as if they're no big deal - , yet if a muslim woman does it, somehow muslims are at it again and a big deal is made about it.

I'll give you something though. They are jailed more often than I previously thought, but as I said before, VERY often they face no or barely any serious charges.

Mate, that's a straw man argument. Read my very first post in this topic. I do not excuse what she's doing at all. Far from that. What I have a problem with is when people politicize this stuff. I mean when you have people talking **** about muslims as if only muslims do it or only make a big deal out of it if muslims do it. False allegations are at epidemic levels in the west and here we have people targeting only muslims for doing them.

Look mate, I didn't read it like that at all. All I saw was someone who tried to use religion to weasel out of responsibility. It was a reflection on her not her religion.

At least that was how I saw it.
