GoI should strictly implement measure to curb population growth, something like a 2 child policy irrespective of religion and deny them of any govt benefits or identification if they don't comply. Muslim population growth is way more than any other religion in India, particularly because most of them reside along the ganges states (UP, Bihar, WB etc) where they are highly subjected to communal violence, no civic sense and breed like insects - not just muslims but Hindus too.

An average urban Indian muslim has 6-8 children. You can imagine the situation few years back. And what they do in rural areas.
