Muslim organisation announces Rs 5 crore reward for beheading of Pakistani soldiers

.
Fatwas are being given left, right and centre these days. Whenever I hear the word fatwa I always think it's a stupid man made decision opposite to logic and sense, so this fatwa has not surprised me at all.
To call for the beheading of an individual is barbaric and should be condemned.
you don't have any right to call our religious scholars stupid.
Hindu mullah also give such fatwas. call them stupid or those who give fatwas to make them happy.

I have every right to call a spade a spade, it can be a Hindu fanatic or a Muslim fanatic or any other religious fenatic.
You should distance yourself from people calling for the beheading of a person rather than defending them because they share your religion.

you shouldn't as your great scholars and ideals may face similar words. you should call your fanatics like darinder modi a stupid person for using fatwas and Hindu extremism for votes.
you have no right to call every scholar a fanatic because of few.

You have given me a religious identity which I must protest is wrong and I desist you trying to identify me based on my religions identity.
OT: Do you support this fatwa which calls for the beheading of people? Give me a clear yes or no answer.
I strongly oppose the Hindu fanatics who kill people in the name of cow protection, I also strongly condemn people killing others under the guise of the infamous blasphemy law.

I don't support this fatwa but I protest you comment on against the word "fatwa" and religious scholars because of just few bad examples.

To prove their Desh-Bakhti to Hindus minorities often do this drama, during Khalistan struggle many Sikh officers forced to prove their Desh-Bakhti by killing their own community.
I agree. I have studied this behavior among some of my Lucknowi relatives intensively. The problem appears to be not patriotism but a need to fit in within the chauvinistic fabric of the nation. A little study of history may explain the problem and out Pakistani relatives failures, especially those who moved earlier not later like my family.

1) Muslims trapped in Indian occupied parts were ignored by Pakistanis including muhajirs. The other Pakistani brothers were suspicious of our links to muslims left in Indian occupied parts. They felt we should reduce these links to be Pakistani. This is exactly what we did. This caused a big problem:

The muslims who stayed on in Indian territory and had supported Pakistan were forced to rethink their pro Pakistani position. Ayub Khan had closed the borders before all muslims had moved, destroying their chances to be Pakistani yet India did not accept them and the hindus thought of them rightly as Pakistan sympathizers.

2) Now keeping 1 in mind the muslims had to fit in. Hence they adopted the same hatred and chauvinism of the hindutva masses. They believed the same things and Pakistan simply did not have access to them through their media anymore.

So the thing is these muslims are forced to fit in. Its a basic survival instinct. I know there is division there because a lot of my relatives in Lucknow do not support India. But there is also a feeling of betrayal from Pakistan and survival instinct forcing muslims to call themselves Indians and support jingoistic stances like beheading Pakistani soldiers.

We still have common history though. More than 90% of muslims from Awadh (UP) voted for the muslim league. The failure is of us muhajirs that we failed to make them feel Pakistani. Only after a few negative events my family felt obliged to move to Pakistan and see the importance of it for muslims of the sub continent.
