What are you expecting them to do....raise the pakistani or another flag and instantaneously lose the goodwill of secular indians and be the caricatured anti-national that BJP scums seeks to portray every muslim to be?

Indian muslims are minorities in their own country, descriminated against and despised by the ruling establishment. They need to advance their cause by building bridges faced as they with an existential threat.

It is too much to expect anything else and what they are doing is logical and sensible. If anything good comes out of this hopefully it will solidify and unite indian muslims into a singural community and give rise to leaders. Last time I checked, so called superior race of Muslims were at the bottom in the recent South Asian Games. Top 3 positions were occupied by Non-Muslim countries. 1) India 2) SL 3) Nepal 4) Pakistan 5)Bangladesh.
