Dude, women don't have to wear burka. But if they choose to, they must be allowed to.

Since its upto personal choice to wear whatever you want.

If anyone is being forced to wear burka, then that's against Islamic Law. And British Law as well. That person should go to law enforcement and clear up the situation simple.
