Lol, speaking about Law and you urself don't know the definition of Law. Yes no Political Party can dictate the Law, neither PA. It's Court which can dictate the Law. And it's Law enforcement institutes who implement it such as Police, Rangers and FC. PA is for foreign threats, unless called for enforcement. And Parliament is to defining the Law and enforcing implementation of Law. (This is what Constitution Speaks of). Yes in Marshal's Law, Marshall can dictate anything, without constitution.

Musharaf or NS who ever wins, it really don't matter. Since in the end the only thing matter is What they did/doing for us? nothing, but both want Power for themselves. Also, you crying or anger will also wont change anything. If Musharaf has to be tried he will, if next cop is coming it will be.. That's the Fate and this is worlds reality.

Even if your absurd claims are correct, we Pakistanis don't want peace with India.


India might be father of Afghans, but for Pakistani Punjabis, India is number one enemy.

We Pakistani Punjabis don't want to drink cow urines.


We want to follow our Islam. When we separated from them, they killed many of our people.

They chopped women's breasts and killed babies. They sent hundreds of dead bodies in trains to Pakistan.

(LXVIII OF 1973)


Punishment for high treason : A person who is found guilty‑

(a) of having committed an act of abrogation or subversion of a constitution in force in Pakistan at any time since the twenty‑third day of March, 1956; or

(b) of high treason as defined in Article 6 of the Constitution, shall be punishable with death or imprisonment for life.

So that means if Mush is tried, he either gets death or imprisonment for life!!

If the punishment is executed, it should put the fear of God into Pakistan's army generals thinking of a coup in future.

And Mush's strategy of coming back to Pakistan and making a splash in politics has backfired spectacularly just like his Kargil fiasco! That's why they say that generals should stick to sand model discussions and making battle plans rather than meddle in politics which they haven't a clue about.

If he has come for self interest then he would have accepted offer to go abroad ... But he didn't ... He came for Pakistan betterment ... And he will succeed ................... Inshaa-Allah
