If i am not wrong, don't the diplomats in international postings get vetted & cleared by foreign office & concerned security agencies before they get posted? If that's the case, then they are confident that that was past & the matter has been dealt with and that Mr. Munir will not create such liabilities now.

I am a fan of Maleeha Lodhi, she represented Pakistan very well despite the limits imposed on her by previous governments.

Hope that she has a well-earned retirement and respect from our people, which she deserves.
