Mumbai attack leader wins Pakistan appeal

It is not good to compare US trying 9/11 culprits
vs

Pakistan courts trying Islamist terrorists.

Much better comparison is????????????????????????//

to

?

compare Columbian courts trying escobar and other drug kingpins
same as
Pakistan courts trying Islamist terrorists.
or
Indian courts trying Hindutvadi terrorists

Hope this clarifies.

This is a terrible view

I was not comparing mate as I have little knowledge of the developments. All I am alluding to is the attorney's sincerity matters a lot in making a case. After 9/11 a lot of citizens tried to find out the details of the knowledge govt had before the thing happened. We wanted govt to come clean which was surprisingly not happening as much as we wanted.

The reason was civil groups' attorneys were pressurised by unknown groups ( allegedly )

Wonder what Mr Mani Shankar Aiyar has to say about this

He always uses the words " Uninterrupted and uninterruptible dialogue with Pakistan "

Don't cry too much over this!!!!! Their nation, their laws, their lawyers, their terrorists... his release doesn't make any sense especially when he is capable making a baby sitting in jail ( I dono which technology he used to successfully do this), he could do much more sitting there. So let him be released and enjoy his life.

Lashkar-e-Taiba was behind the attacks...and Swami Aseeamanad unfortunately is not a member of the Pakistani funded "Good Terrorist". A United States report declared Arif Qasmani to be involved in the attack. Consequently, after consulting with the United Nations, the United States declared him an international terrorist.

Oh yes sure, blaming home grown extremist hindu terrorism on others might play well for the india crowd, but you can not have it both ways.

Eleminate hindu extremist terrorist outfits in india, stop supporting cross-border terrorism in other countries (TTP, BLA etc).

We are tired of these double games. I think this is high time that both India and Pakistan should hang these b@stard terrorists upside down.

Very doubtful though, as the extremist mass murderers on the indian side are rewarded with prime minister ship :disagree:

Can you explain that? From a legal standpoint all the hard evidence of the terror plot are in Pakistan. India can only provide you with call intercepts or items recovered from the terrorists etc. Those may not be enough to nail a particular person. The prosecution in this case is the state of Pakistan. They are building a case because they believe that Lakhvi was involved in it. So it is the duty of the state of Pakistan to investigate it properly, unearth the evidence and produce them in court. Indian agencies can't go inside Pakistan and do that job.

Now no country including USA will ask us to talk to Pakistan
otherwise next month Obama would have lectured us

.
This is what happens when one gets educated in a Madrassa....he cannot differentiate between a riot and terrorism...a Chief Minister from a leader of a cult and terrorist organization. As long as people like you are alive there are things that is going to happen for sure: 1. There will be no economic progress and peace in Pakistan...and 2. There will be no end to Pakistan sponsored terrorism in other parts of the world.
What makes Narendra Modi a terrorist...because he was a Chief Minister of a State...where Muslims decides to burn 52 Hindu pilgrims alive...and riot erupts. The Chief Minister asks for help from the center and neighboring states which denies to help because he their political rival...the riot is brought under control in 72 hours...And the media and opposition goes on a relentless campaign..and he is a branded terrorist. In that case Zinna was the biggest terrorist because during partition millions lost their lives and Zinna did nothing to stop it.
Shut up Chutye.
Spell properly "Jinnah"

This is yet another attack by one side of Indian on another Indian on a Pakistani forum by an Indian residing in the West.

Most of hard evidence is always collected from Crime scene. :coffee:

Nawaz Sharif is also a terrorist because he could not stop the massacre of 100's of kids.

Well one can be certain that on his release he will get back to planning attacks on India, not to ay he wouldn't be able to plan such things whilst "behind bars" in Pakistan (as you have rightly pointed out the true nature of his "detention" in Pakistani jails) but his release is still damaging to India's security one way or another.

Few days back one of the pakistani TTA was claiming that Dawood is in Pakistan and has only white business in Pakistan and he is not harming Pakistan. So, pak will not bother about him. Hafiz saeed was hailed as a philanthropist. Such voices were subdued post Peshawar attack but the support for anti India elements is still there.
Terrorism is thought as something coming from Afghanistan, funded by RAW and constituting pashtuns and Uzbeks whereas real threat is radicalization of Pakistanis in places like Punjab. Terrorist organizations with Punjabi base are still thought of as assets by ISI.
