But when someone commit blasphemy we forget this example and argue that no such punishment exist in Islam and there is no death punishment in Islam on abusing ordinary people like us it is limited only to Holy Personalities defined by religion

There are examples where prophet peace be upon him ordered to kill those who abused him. So we have all the examples.

when govt has decided not to hang asia and has never punished anyone officially on blasphemy then they have to stick to their stance and not differentiate citizens in applying law my demand is that no one else human respect should be greater than respect of Holy Prophet(P.B.U.H) and if govt not punished those who commit blasphemy and is trying to make blasphemy law ineffective and punish others who abuse army generals and judges who only threat them with no plan and capability to implement it on grounds they are showing through their conduct that army generals and judges respect is greater than Holy Prophet(P.B.U.H)

First of all, not the government, it was the highest court that ruled in favor of Asia.. and there is a process to punish blasphemers in Islam.. It is not a mob justice required to punish someone who commits blasphemy..

I was satisfied with the judgment.. Judges are Alhamdolillah Muslims and they also said in their judgement that had it provided that Asia committed blasphemy, she would have been awarded punishment.

Now I don't want to trust the angry mob. Tomorrow someone who hates you may trigger the same mob by conspiring against you by saying that you have committed the blasphemy.. Do you think you will trust the judges who will in shaa Allah give a judgment in your favor because the witnesses will not be strong enough, or will you hang yourself trusting the mob justice?

Waqas Goraya was released by court? It means there is not enough evidence against him..

What about the student who was killed by a mob in Mardan? People later found religious books from his hostel room.. He was telling everyone that he didn't do any blasphemy.. but even then he was killed..

And not a single person was handed any capital punishment in that case as well till now..
