How do you know that he responded to vulgarity from MQM's side..???

Its easy, that lone supporter you showed was yelling in vulgar language only not the whole crowd and we already saw MQM supporters raising protest boards "IK is a R**ist" and other vulgar stuff written on it. surely a few people out of the other crowd are gonna respond in the same vulgar way unfortunately.
