Actually lots of MQM supporter in Pakistan don't know there activities in US and Canada. There Anti state protest in front of UN building in US or different cities in US and Canada. They have all right to protest against govt policy, but being a active political party and ruling a city for decades doesn't make any sense to organized anti state demonstration.

It's because Bilwal was crying few months ago for these hospitals. Now KCR cleared by federal govt but PPP wants full financing of this project and operated by PPP govt. Does it make any sense ? . Whole KCR track is victim of China cutting , that was another issue.

Due to shortage of funds. And Health is under provincial government Imran Khan ka pass koi jado nhi ha aik dam sa sab thek karday ga.
