I can only laugh at your ignorance and innocense....what do u want to prove by this photo ?

There are many who think so and there are also many who think otherwise... I've seen many poor muslims gathering at a temple near film nagar as food is distributed over there and you can see a similar view where non-muslims gather at Yousufain dargah as well. At the end of the day, if these people get benefited by this and have no qualms doing so, I don't think those who are uneasy over this idea should be worried...

something similar that i observed in my life too sir, I had seen muslims selling pooja samagri outside temples, one at l.b nagar main road and the other at a temple near my house. few muslims frms A.P worship even saibaba and other hindu gods(my fathers friend is an example for this). while a dargah in kadapa attracts more hindu visitors than muslims. untill people following these practices have no problem there is no need for others to complain. but then lets not make a blind comments towards the present issue, mother theresa has to be appreciated for her social work, but then she used her social work as a means to convert people. moreover , westerners themselves questioned her evangical activities... lets not try to be political correct and bury this truth..

I ain't sure about the evangelical activity of her's but she sure moved many souls. Now well you can't say that she explicitly used her social work to convert unless you show me some proof....
What I did find in the internet is the christian population of West Bengal which stands at 0.6% as of 2001 which is nothing but minuscule considering that Mother Theresa spent most of her life over there and her evangelism should have paid off at least in her home state which doesn't seem to be the case...

Her work may have been overstated but that is the case with everyone and we Asians have this habit of hero-worshiping and not willing to listen to any adverse opinions about their hero....

The point is the way these incident has been presented in wrong..First of all, all the missionaries spread christianity through service...And to be honest with you, I do not have any complain about it...The reason is at least Christianity is far better than any forced conversion...And the other point is that rather than blaming Mother Teresa, RSS should put more focous on why 1st of all our own Hindu people itself do not love their own religion..As long as we do not pay absolute equal respect without any discrimination to all caste system of Hindu's , this kind of issue will happen..So there is no point in blaming the missionaries than taking care of the source of the problem itself

documentary on mother theresa by christopher hitchens in 1994

Contradictions in her beliefs, then, are apparent. We see similar contradictions in her humanitarian work. The common belief is that Mother Teresa worked with the sick and destitute to lovingly return them to health. An examination of her missions will show that this is far from the case. Mother Teresa believed that there is spiritual value in suffering. Once, when tending to a patient dying of cancer, she said “You are suffering like Christ on the cross. So Jesus must be kissing you.” (Christoper Hitchens - The Missionary Position: Mother Teresa in Theory and Practice, p. 41). For this reason she would not prescribe pain killers in her clinics, choosing instead to allow her patients to experience the suffering that she believed would bring them closer to Christ. Despite the tens of millions of dollars donated to her charity each year, her missions were rudimentary and offered no real health care. Her missions mainly catered to the critically ill and simply afforded them a place to go to die. It is interesting to note that when Mother Teresa became ill she would travel to the finest health care facilities to receive treatment.

mother theresa's work was questioned even while she was alive by many westerners.... the presence of bjp in centre and mohan bagwat questioning her work made this in to a controversy that we are seeing today...

Hitchens in the text you posted has never mentioned that she actively carried out evangelism, so still the point remains that she actively never actively indulged in it though she might have forced her beliefs on others....

she is a catholic nun and her only business is evangelism,i find it funny that people here are debating a fact that is etched in stone.
