Why not show pictures of mosques from the flooded areas? In a few weeks they'll need to be cleaned out or rebuilt, so the pics could encourage donors.

China has always had Muslims (since 650 AD). There are loads of Muslims in the town where I grew up and one of my earliest memories is of visiting a lamb skewers shops owned by Hui Muslims.

Cumin and lamb.... delicious.
