yes, India has invested huge to rebuild AF! what do u want to hear if not investment?

Your money isn't going anywhere most likely. The afghan politicians are insanely corrupt. It's one of the reasons why many in Afghanistan still have a soft spot for the Taliban and why they're able to hold the amount of territory they control. If something does start to get built its just another sitting duck target for the Taliban. If they can attack a US base then your investments will be peanuts for them. Hence this is where Pakistan-China-Russia come into play. India is very insignificant, to say the least, in this whole picture.

There is a difference between allies and puppet state
Unlike China and her puppets,India and Russia are allies and we respect each other's decisions
ohh yes...That's what I am saying...Russia should have invited her ally but she invited puppet state...Man this is so wrong...! India's reaction will scare Russia...!

Allies against what? An alliance needs a common enemy.

They know they can't trust you with Central Asia.

Russia, China and Pakistan wants peace and stability in this region. India wants to use CAR's as launchpad for terrorism against Pakistan and China. So your interests don't converge with Russia's.

neither Russia nor China has any direct involvement in AF...dont know what the heck they are going to discuss....only key stakeholders are - India, US, EU and PK....seems, China has paid for such stupid talk

They are going to discuss uncle sam's role and goals. Of course modi plays a vital role in whatever uncle sam has on mind in Afghanistan.

And what stake does India has in AF other than of course to destabilise and promote terrorism inside Pakistan. The only reason India is mentioned in Afghanistan is because of US wooing. China role on the other hand is much more. China is not only backing the the facilitating talks between talibans and ruling faction which Pakistan hosts but also can bring Afghanistan into the main stream development process and include it in CPEC. Unless you believe India can match Chinese investment. With Russia joining in all the better. This region does no need US and its lackeys to further destabilise the region. It has already been destabilise enough.

sensible comment.. but new uncle Sam is going to be a friend with Russia and nightmare to Pakistan...China too has lot to fear....but I still dont see any reason for these countries to discuss AF...they should better discuss about their future!

And on what bases would you say they are going to be friends? Because they both want to get rid of Isis? That's a childish assumption. The US and USSR were once united in an alliance against Nazi Germany. After the war bitter enemies. Putin is a former KGB officer he isn't an idiot lol. Them normalizing their relationship won't have an effect on Pakistan at all.
