Moscow Sees No Reason for India to Worry About Russia-Pakistan Joint Drills

This is diplomatic way of Russia telling india,
1) Russian exercise with Pakistan is not directed against india.
2) Most important message from Russia is, india has no reason to interfere in Russia policy and relation.

Those who can read diplomatic tea leaves (including ones in south block), already got the message. Problem is they can not say it out loud to indian mass and media and typical indian way of thinking never learns or adapts to reality.

It was mainly due to cost consideration as the whole JF17 program was limited to 500 Million USD budget.

there are only limited number of high quality avionic suppliers in the world

USA and Russia both are global powers and it would be foolish to think that Russia or USA entry in either country is against the other...in reality..it is only in self interest...
