Morocco: The contract for the production of the Swiss PC-12 business aircraft has been signed

Today, the Moroccan company Sabca Maroc and the Swiss Pilatus signed a contract to fully manufacture pc-12 business aircraft in Morocco, according to the Moroccan Minister of Industry and Trade.

SABCA Maroc, by winning this contract against 11 international companies, underlines the capacity of the national aeronautical platform to comply with the best global standards while offering superior competitiveness.

In addition to civilian use, the plane also serves in several armies in the world as a plane for transporting VIPs and for fighting fire, and it is used by the security services for border control and air ambulance as well as multiple other uses..

The contract between Sabca and Pilatus provides for the assembly of the fuselage, wings and flight controls and the electrical installation of the wiring and these will be sent to the Pilatus factory in Switzerland for integration & assembly. The contract is worth around 17M Euros.
