More than 60,000 Pakistani's killed in WOT. I feel for Hazara community but isnt it the case that Pakistanis as general population faced massive terrorism strikes which killed thousands. Mosques were bombed more than Churches, temples or gurdwaras.
The reality is we suffered as a nation and we fought as a nation and we must continuing to fight as a nation. This point of this community got targeted only allows these terrorists to be successful. There is a reason they target Hazara, it is to sow discord on ethnic lines and these tv journalists make the matter worst.
PS: I have not seen the video just commenting based on the title. dont have time to listen to His Highness the Royal Chawal of Layyah. Every day he comes up with some absurd show. Never a happy chap.

There are problems internally in Pakistan from a wide range of elements from terrorists, criminals, robber and bandits (daqoo), corruption, competing interests and foreign countries, poverty and inequity etc. but you shouldn't be hard on Pakistan. It is a young country with a bright people. Remember it has been ravaged by war since 9/11 with Pakistan losing the most out of any place in the world - the soldiers lost, the civilians lost, the economy lost, the infrastructure lost and worldwide fear and racism against Pakistan. A very high price to pay already.
If Pakistan does a good deed, it doesn't take away anything from the others who are also suffering and this is not hypocrisy but only hard circumstance. I dont see why you should be so hard on people.

That's what he pointed out , these more then 5000 are part of 60,000. Baluchistan need security for progress. 5000 is very huge number of such a small peaceful community who constantly targeted.

It's unfortunate!
If I was to be made a counter terrorist kinda director General. The first three things I would have done
1- a thorough clean sweep of externally funded sectarian nut cases in a matter of a month with completely choking their fund sources .
2- formation of a hit squad to target irgc Afghan and raw bigwigs or anyone using our mullah Brigade for bidding /sectarian killings at a level that they would ask for forgiveness with a complete overhaul of the madrasa syllabus
3- pushing all illegal afghans to the western side of the international border

No outside country needs to start anything in Pakistan, we have plenty of sectarian ***** in Pakistan ready to kill ''heretics''. Many of them comment on PDF pretending to be experts and peaceful civilians.

What Do Agencies Have To Do With This It Was The Responsibility Of Nawaz Government To Send A Heavily Armed Police Force To Take Care Of Them
Don't be so naive, these animals are still roaming around Pakistan, where is the top toughest world's best Intelligence agency? Shouldn't they be protecting Pakistan instead of plotting downfall of civilian governments?

Reason for the apathy? The bitter truth is lack of empathy for the minorities by the Sunni majority. Leaders would make a few speeches, shed crocodile tears and promise to punish the culprits each time Christians, Ismailis & Hazaras /Shias are killed but nothing concrete is ever done. The same process has been repeated so often that it is hilarious.
The incidents are fewer these days, but not because of any concrete action by the political leaders but by Gen Raheel Shareef stern action after the APS massacre. Last interior minister speech in the Nationa Assembly after the targeting of Baitullah Mahsood, was as if that butcher was a messenger of peace. Nothing better can be expected from PTI gov't either; after all their leader was nicknamed Taliban Khan for good reason. He is happier selling Nawaz Sharif's buffaloes and prime minister house cars!

NOT too long ago, the government of Pakistan and many of its citizens appeared enamoured of New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern, whose actions in the wake of an attack on Muslims in her country turned many here into admirers of her compassionate and determined style of leadership. But while our leaders heaped praise on her humanity, their response to the deadly attack on the Hazara community in Quetta on Friday, and its subsequent sit-in, has been inadequate. There appears to be a lacklustre effort by the government to reach out to and pacify the protesting members of the minority Shia group who continued their sit-in even amid heavy showers and cold weather before ending it on Monday night. The response from the government has included a visit by the maritime minister to Quetta, where he condoled with the families of the victims and gave assurances about investigating the incident. On the fourth day, other PTI leaders visited Quetta and gave similar assurances. The protesters, who set up their camps to condemn last week’s blast at the Hazarganji vegetable and fruit market, rightly demanded that elements involved in the suicide attack be arrested, steps be taken to ensure their protection and the implementation of NAP take place “without any discrimination”. Above all, their fresh demand was that the prime minister himself visit and engage with them to chalk out a future for a vulnerable community battered by violence and hate.
It is a pity that governments past and present have fallen short when it comes to standing by Pakistan’s minorities — especially the Hazara community, whose plight reflects an existential struggle. Token condemnations through tweets are a far cry from Ms Ardern’s gestures, which politicians here gushed about in the aftermath of the Christchurch attacks. Instead of simply praising Ms Ardern, the government should strive to embody her qualities of empathy and courage. More leaders should aspire to be like her across the world — especially in Pakistan where she is hailed as a champion.
