Actually he decided to keep up with 2016 so-called strikes since there was no real confrontation except for media propaganda and hoo haa. Had it been the real case, the Minister would have proudly mentioned what happened 2019 when an active yet physical confrontation took place. The writing is on the wall and very clear.
