It is precisely his domain to suspend, restore or punish accordingly any party member found guilty of negligence or any other indecent/unacceptable activity.

Although this will surely fly high above some of you guys, it is my attempt to satisfy those who genuinely seek an answer.

Atleast you are a lot better at discussing these issues than W11. I will find some time and bring you questions with proper documentation instead of the name calling that faujhistorian gets into.
