Why would he be neutral? When PTI was in power, they put their people in various jobs. PDM is doing the same now.

Isn't this how the governments work?

Please read my other note. In our country, there is no "neutral"...everyone is branded as belonging to one camp or another.

I am just stating the reality of the situation and not living in the "ideal" of the idea of neutrality.
