Which includes the vision and strategy of the Ministry's development program, the targeted operational model for development, the organizational structure, the governance and the human resources requirements prepared in light of the National defense strategy.

In his speech, His Highness the Crown Prince sent SMS messages to the Ministry of Defense officials today, in which he said: "Raising the level of medical services: We have ensured that medical services are our priority. We have restructured them in order to support their upgrading Services for our soldiers, our staff and their families".


In another letter entitled "Defining career paths and developing promotion standards", HH said: "To create a more competitive environment in the ministry, new standards for promotions have been set according to a transparent performance system. And we will work together to develop all the procedures and services that meet your ambitions and aspirations".

The third letter was entitled "Developing the Leadership Skills for Non-commissioned Officers".
