GHI has nothing to do with hunger, it has to do with nutrition. (With questionable methodology)
Chinese who eat plastic rice, drink gutter oil, are accustomed to consuming poison as food habits every day... should not even joke on hunger.
I mean... millions were wiped out like animals just a few decades back because their own dictator did not consider them worthy enough for a grain of rice.
Chinese fudge data regularly (and sometimes get caught), so you can't ever be sure this wumao will not beg for rice in the street tomorrow.
Chinese data on food stocks are just estimates. On the contrary, Indian foodgrain stocks are public knowledge, Indian demand of foodgrains is public knowledge. You can get all the info by filing a 10 INR RTI.
