Don't understand why Congress isn't looking for other options despite 2 successive failures? Let's not completely ignore the achievements of bjp and modi..the border and kashmir is now peaceful because bjp took some bold decisions...they have solved the ever burning babri issue..made sure pak acts on the extremists operating from their land.there are many more to list.
