How ?
We already have UPI real time digital transaction. What additional value with digital currency provide ?
Digital transactions still go through your bank account.
If the Bank goes bankrupt the account holders lose all their savings.
Digital Rupee does not need to be parked in a Bank. It is always with you through NFT on your name.
Your money will always be with you and protected.
Digital Rupee is the only way forward.
My only concern is with the security of the software.
Chances are that the two might find common synergies and be merged into a single financial means. UPI could be the enabling technology. This would be a big saver on the printing costs, though the same would need to be utilized in the digital security area.
No
UPI is always tied to your cash in bank
Digital Rupee will be independent of the bank.
You get NFT directly from RBI. No intermediate bank in between.
RBI digital currency will be a Game changer
Yes it will be, if implemented correctly.
Your last statement is childish.
Cryptos is the most favored payment for narco trade.
