What if the PTI Party MNA's abstain from casting a vote?
Amazing law and unique to Pakistan only.
Every democracy is based on the basis that the member is elected by the constituency to serve its constituents and would vote according to his conscience and what is in the best interests of his/her constituency and the country.
If a political party overrides this basic and fundamental right then he/she is just a puppet of the party leader.
Such a law is patently undemocratic and any country that applies such a law is not a democracy.
Sadly this means money in Pakistan. Keep this in mind Mr Democrat.would vote according to his conscience
The MNA has the right to vote for no confidence motion. Its the same MNAs who voted IK to be the PM. If for some reason the PM is not doing well and will not resign then his own party members can vote against him and then select a new PM. Not sure if they are allowed to vote for PMLN member to become PM or not. That would be treacherous.
And if they are really weighed by their conscience and not dazzled by $$$$ they can express their feeling in a very honourable way.would vote according to his conscience
That is what the whole PTI will do.What if the PTI Party MNA's abstain from casting a vote?
If PTI member abstains from voting, then he can loose his seat. He will have to get a fresh Ticket or Cash from the opposition. That is what the whole PTI will do.
But if opposition member is absent , than there will be a big loss to them.
Opposition has to get 172......
Big loss to opposition or PTI?That is what the whole PTI will do.
But if opposition member is absent , than there will be a big loss to them.

Bhai I will appreciate if you either type something that makes sense or just ignore my posts … will appreciate .
Absolutely not… if their conscious doesn’t allow to agree with the government policies they should
Resign. They have no right to vote against the party lines. It’s called parliamentary democracy.
