If UK convicts him of murder and gives him punishment this will be second case which shows how corrupt our politicians and judiciary are.

UK being un islamic country has justice better than the "Islamic" judiciary of "Islamic" republic of Pakistan.

Justice is not slave to any one ... it is basic human right .. and should be above any religion .......BTW western county do have one of the best justice system in world ...

If you are talking about spot fixing as "first case" ..so crime happened on British land .. AH did crime on Pakistan's land via Pakistanis .... GOP should act ... how the hell GOP or ISI allowed Mirza to leave country with evidence .... I think so there are lots of police on airport, no one dare to stop him .. or try to take those evidence ...
Now if Mirza will do bargain with MQM for PPP with those "EVIDENCE" ppl will bring some conspiracy theory in it...

Yeah, which is why Altaf got asylum from UK. While he was facing like more then 230 cases (70+ were for murder alone) at that time in different Pakistani Courts.

i'm sure we'll be seeing lots of drama and masala --while the REAL issues linger, unresolved. On one hand, its good to expose those who need to be exposed; but this will cause more distractions to the already beleaguered government.

Most of you don't get this. The British government is totally independent from ScotLand Yard. This case will proceed regardless of whether the Brit gov decides to support Altaf Hussain or not

British Govt. is independent of Scotland Yard or is it vice versa? Anyhow, I am sure the British Law will reign supreme and they will offer no respite to any criminal.....however, even when MQM and AH come clean of this our fellow members will continue to bash MQM.

Ex-Minister of internal affairs or Ex-Adviser to Home Minister (which means Provincial Home Minister)? My friend if the case is indeed taken up, it will be taken up in England and their understanding of undeniable evidence or proof is very different to ours whereas any x/y or z can say anything and prove anything here the same does not stand true for England.

This may indeed be a blessing in disguise for MQM and AH to come clean internationally.

I do not understand the point of your post my friend, however let me confirm that the state comes first and not any political party. But the state serve it's citizens so citizens are supreme and their rights and their freedom is above any state. So when some forces start using the state resources to crush the rights of some citizens based on ethnicity or race, the act is called state sponsored terrorism. Classic example is the state sponsored terrorism during the 90's in Karachi against Mohajirs.
