technically and specially in Pakistani terminology ... they should not be ... as India was partitioned and resources were split according to the population of Hindus and Muslims ... so pakistan should be ready to accept all muslims who live in India ...anytime... so any indians who think they are muslims first and indians second should be thrown out of the country to pakistan... as was envisioned by Great Jinnah...
