Minister of Petroleum Ghulam Sarwar sacked due to poor performance

.
Agreed. By the way this 'day of the chop' is good. It will help to galvanize those who hold offices to get their act together or they are out. Performance accountability.

@Mangus Ortus Novem

What you see before you is the birth of performance based democracy.

This PetroMin is part of the #CriminalEnterprise along with ComMin.... all part of Whatsapp gang... playing all sides, keeping options open.

@Verve the PSO and EnergyMin is one big corruption mafia... these people made trillions....

IK needs to sack the entire system. That would be The Sack Day!

Shehryar afridi should be kicked out as well... Only good at on TV... Idiot earlier claimed that 75% of students in Islamabad are drug addict.. That man just doesn't know what he is talking about ... After Peshawar BRT mess, I don't understand what khattuk is doing in cabinet .. The man even can do a proper press conference...
I dont know about 75% but out of 35 guys in my class 13 are addicted to cannabis. Its a real problem and we need to deal with it pronto.

They are tho, id say that's a conservative figure , out of my student aged friends in Islamabad , uni and college , at least 60% have tried drugs and do so on a party basis , with 30% permanently addicted
Though i fear that is the norm, in my time and in my batch atleast <10 students i suspected were doing drugs, and 3 of them were addicts, 1 was related to khokars, and other 2 were his close frnds. Out of the rest only 1 had sense and acted like diluting agent, but he in his own words occasionally did take drugs though i for the life of me couldnt understand y he did drugs. He was no addict.
Yes they did take drugs in our school and in our common room, principal did give 2 shits and she knew. Hew own son was involved. So teachers started resigning, including academic coordinators of A-Levels.

On this i fear he is not that off the mark.

But will such changes help enact the meaningful and drastic changes that are needed?
Nopes.. What can be done?

Petroleum minister is not supposed to produce oil from somewhere.. or give subsidy on the petrol.. or build a refinery without funds..

Whosoever holds the Ministry of Interior should be sacked immediately after the Coastal Highway massacre.

It is true schools and universities in Pakistan are filled with drug addicts. Examples are my own cousins in medicals and engineering schools in pakistan. In the US when i was about to start my rotations at the hospital I went through background checks and drug testing. Every year I have to do my drug test and can also be called for a random one. It's not that people in the US don't use drugs but at least there should be some check and balance.According to my relatives 90% of the guys in medical schools are on drugs. I went to a near by halal meat store in NY the guy there asked me if I can find him a job because he failed the drug test to get a god damn uber license since he used illegal substances while he was on a visit to Pakistan.

Only Allah and Nostradamus can know the future. I am neither of them. Us lesser mortals can only hope.

So I take it that your zeal in the Kaptaan as an agent of change to remake Pakistan is undiminished?
