Basically this is not killing a bull and eating it out like the Mithras and early Christians used to do at their worship places. The significance is age of bull(Aries) is over and age of pisces has started, the seal not sure about the seal though, it might be depicting this.

May be a sacrifice. But Mithraism is more about the change of age than sacrificing of a bull. It is like change of era.
Change of era I mean, great year where each phase will be around 2000+ years and each great year will traverse through zodiacs backwards. So after Aries comes pisces.
