Why the Pakistani Military Officers are not included in this group?
I can think of at least five people who should have been this list.

Pshamim Retired Fighter Pilot PAF
Xeric Serving Pakistan Army Officer
Irfan Baloch Retired - PA

Because they are in TTs, which is the elitist group among all the groups, even more then MPs.

If any of these above mentioned members wants to become a MP, they can.

They have been made TTs as per their own will not forcibly.

We are well aware of their military exposure, and some became TTs after they were used to be MPs.

TT is superior to MPs.
