Lolz . I like your frustration. We all know what bites india hard. Army influence on foreign policy. If it hadnt be there we would have been another bangladesh or even worst.

Right to appeal is as per established principles of jurisprudence, be it civil, criminal or military courts.

America doesnt follow that when they encounter terrorists...

Good step to establish military courts, as the normal courts were under pressure from threat by the terrorists to the judicial officers.

Though the only way for both to work, is to stop the discrimination between good and bad terrorists. Would not work otherwise.

it grills me that in our forum y we cant even discuss any topic independently
