PESHAWAR: At least five security men embraced martyrdom when unknown gunmen ambushed a security checkpost located in outskirt of Khyber Agency on Wednesday morning, Geo news reported.
Two among dead were FC personnel while remaining three were policemen, police sources said.
According to details, security forces were ambushed while they were rendering their duties at a security checkpost.
Police did resort to retaliation but gunmen succeeded to flee after a brief shootout, sources told media.
