Calibiri is default font for MS office, so there will b no way it will ask for substitution. but incase a person is using a font which is unavailable in particular Office version then it will ask to change it with other one or you need to install that font in order to keep that font in that doc.

1. The image of the document being shared has signatures dated Feb 2006 - so the excuse that the fonts might've changed cannot be used here.

2. I highly doubt professional law firms use custom fonts for their legal documents which are unavailable in newer versions of office.

Whatever happens is not the point to begin with, the point is the availability (date) of the font doesn't sit well with the claimed date of the making/signing of the documents.

Lol what? It's more than substantive unless you pretend otherwise. This is not a case of a random font, it's a goddamn proprietary font, and Microsoft had certain things in mind for it when they started pushing it to users.

Please only reply to this post with a font that will be commercially available in 2019.

What happens to font selections if an old MS Office document is printed years later on a later version of MS Office? The date of the document is better ascertained by other means, including the UID.

Calibri was designed in 2002, but it was based on work done several years earlier:

The font issue is much ado about not much.

As I said before, the other issues raised are more substantive.
