Micromax Canvas 4

Being a Chinese you shouldn't really be surprised about such things. And no we don't start threads regarding everything that surprises us.

Grow up, will ya.

But he is not a Chinese. :undecided: :omghaha:

. . .
Day by day it is becoming obvious that the growing reputation of Micromax and karbonn products is creating havoc itching sensation among some guys here.

Surely, pride comes from accomplishing something through one's own effort, not by rebadging others' products.

I'm not denigrating Micromax achievements. It certainly is a good marketing company, but to take pride in its 'design' and 'manufacturing' capabilities is a bit delusional. It's akin to Indians being proud of inventing the English language, isn't it?

I'm sure the sterling reputation of the English language in India is not creating 'havoc itching sensation' among the British.

If I were to tell you that I have the Chinese factory's website where you can buy the Canvas 4 for 23% cheaper (without the Micromax badge), would you be interested?

Me give me a link man

Talking about pride in manufacturing? You know how it works? I work in a power generation company manufactured by a non-Indian company. The manufacturer's lebel on a positioner of a pneumatic controller says it's of Siemens made and its specifications. After few days when the products starts malfunctioning it was found that those products are not made by Siemens and fake,no wonder the quality standard is pathetic. This is just one instance and I won't take your valuable time by giving those examples. Now guess which country got the turn key contract of that project and no brownies for guessing, sorry.

Not a logical analogy at all, is it? Are you saying that Micromax is the fake part manufacturer?

.
Both PAkistani Qmobile and Indian mircromax manufacture clones of chinese gioni/geoni mobile phones

Just google Qmobile a-10 or Mircomax 110

But India and Pakistan are not alone, same exact phone is known as Mobistel Cynus T2 in developed nation like Germany, it is available in Thailand, South Africa, Malaysia and many other countries too.

It's very common phenomenon these days.

but only India ALONE is IT super power

Leave phones aside, these days even vehicles are rebadged, and all reputed brands indulge in this. In India Nissan and Renault are selling each others products using different name eg. Nissan Micra and Renault Pulse are same car, Skoda and VW do same.

My intention was not to draw an analogy, but to show the flip side of the coin. When you talk about moral and ethics, you should know how the volatile are the claims from the economic Imperialists of today.

Oh really? How moral is Micromax overcharging Indian customers by 23% on phones they simply import from China?

I suppose Micromax is rather moral compared to the Indian politicians.

. .
Weird logic. Are we talking about Red cross here?

Unless you think Red Cross overcharges for services it provides.

You are really bad at analogy, aren't you? Isn't it time to quit this game and go hide somewhere and sulk?
